Benefits for SOLUTIONADO Interns
If you are a paid full-time intern, or paid part-time intern working at least 30 hours per week (as stated in your offer letter) you are entitled to the following benefits:
Start of Benefits
All benefits start after your first month at SOLUTIONADO.
You accrue 1 hour of sick leave per 30 hours worked, capped at 48 hours.
You get paid during our company holidays, as long as you are working on each of the 3 work days preceding the holiday and on the 3 work days immediately following the holiday. Work days are Monday to Friday.
You are eligible to participate in SOLUTIONADO's group health insurance benefits. There are certain restrictions regarding enrolment, basically you can elect participation upon beginning of your internship and may change your enrolment once per year, during the Open Enrolment period. There may also be certain Qualifying Life Events (QLE), i.e. changes in your situation, like getting married, having a baby, or losing health coverage, that can make you eligible for a Special Enrollment Period.
